Role Overview
Leadhomz is a premium home care and move-in readiness company that helps homeowners turn newly constructed apartments into comfortable, livable homes. We are seeking an energetic and organized Operations Intern to join our home services team. In this role, you will help coordinate daily service schedules, communicate with field technicians, and ensure high-quality service delivery to our customers. This position offers hands-on experience in logistics, customer relations, and business operations within a fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities

Scheduling: Assign and dispatch service technicians to customer homes efficiently.

Customer Support: Answer inquiries, resolve booking conflicts, and collect post-service feedback.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor and restock equipment, tools, and supplies for field teams.

Data Entry: Update the company database with service logs, customer details, and job statuses.

Process Tracking: Identify delays in service delivery and suggest ways to speed up operations.
Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated.

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and technicians.

Working knowledge of word and excel.

Problem Solving: Ability to think quickly and calmly.

Availability: Able to commit to a minimum of 20–40 hours per week (as per company internship policy).
